When you listen to a song what catches your attention? What makes you want to come back and listen to the song over and over? If you're like me you love a catchy beat, powerful guitars, and heavy bass. All of these instruments are great but what gives a song it's life and it's emotion? It's the lyrics. When I first started writing and recording my own music I said I would never be able to write lyrics to my songs and to be honest I never really planned on it.
